We are centrally located between Portland, Maine and Portsmouth, N.H. Both cities are rich with history. An easy drive will take you to Freeport or Kittery where you will find numerous Factory outlets. Nearby is Kennebunkport and the summer residence of President George Bush.

Once you have secured your reservation with either a credit card guarantee or a 50% deposit (depending on length of stay), you are fully obligated for your entire stay.
If for any reason you must cancel your reservation we will gladly refund your deposit with advance cancellation notice.
In the event that you must make a last minute cancellation after cancellation period, we will try to re-rent the room to another guest.
You are responsible for any balance due of your reservation if we are not able to re-rent the room for the entire time and/or full amount of stay due to a short cancellation notice.

Pets must be on a leash whenever out of the unit.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing waste in the trash/dumpster.
If your dog is noisy, and is disturbing other guests, you may be asked to remove the pet or vacate the premises.
