B & B Hospitality
The City of Savannah has lifted the mandate on masks. Masks are encouraged, but no longer mandated. It has been left up to individual businesses to determine their own guidelines. It seems that the majority of our guests are vaccinated and look forward to a visit where they may be mask free and share the breakfast table. We ask that guests who have not been vaccinated wear masks and continue to socially distance themselves from other guests and staff.

We will provide fresh towels, replenish supplies and offer trash service, all without entering the guestroom. Built in the 1880s and embodying true Southern charm and hospitality, the Catherine Ward House Inn welcomes guests to Savannah's Victorian District. Equally charming are the inn's intricately architectural exterior and the newly-renovated interior and nine guestrooms, each filled with ample amenities and showcasing its own unique personality.

This Savannah bed and breakfast is located just steps from the beautiful Forsyth Park, one of Savannah's most photographed gems, and the perfect area for a stroll, picnic, or sporting activity during your stay.
Services
Step inside the Catherine Ward House Inn and you will immediately feel right at home.
Bright and airy, elegant and inviting, the inn welcomes guests from all over the world to experience the comfort and charm of this 1880s Savannah home.
From assistance with your trip itinerary, to impeccable care and cleaning of each guestroom and common area, to our famous freshly made breakfast each morning the staff at the Catherine Ward House Inn go above and beyond to make your stay in Savannah memorable.
This sun-drenched corner room on the top floor is named for Catherine Ward, for whom the house was built in 1886.
Four large windows in the bedroom and two large windows in the bathroom are complimented by 10.5-foot ceilings and the only working guestroom fireplace in the main house.
A renovated bathroom, dcor of soft pastels, floor-to-ceiling silk drapes, crystal chandeliers and Queen size bed all make for an elegant and yet completely relaxed retreat.
This top floor room is named for Captain James Ward, an Irish Sea Captain, who built this exceptional example of High Victorian Italianate Architecture for his new wife, Catherine.
For everyone who has said "Get Me Out of This House" during this very personal global crisis, the Catherine Ward House Inn feels your pain.
