The Sea Cliff House is an Old Orchard Beach oceanfront motel, offering you a tranquil oceanfront vacation on one of the most beautiful 7 miles of beach you'll find anywhere in the world. We are directly on a quiet section of the beach. Walk out of your room directly onto the sand. We are in a quiet area of the beach, but close enough to walk down the beach or street to the Pier and amusements.
Our lodgings offer a choice of immaculate, motel rooms, 2-room kitchenette apartment units and Jacuzzi Rooms. We have several rooms that feature oceanfront views and a few suites with full kitchens. From the Sea Cliff House you can enjoy a peaceful walk along a continuous stretch of sand in either direction. We're near Ocean Park and just a ten minute walk along the beach or West Grand Avenue to the Pier, amusements, fine dining and shopping in the downtown area.

The pool overlooks an area of sand dunes and the ocean just beyond.
Here you'll enjoy swimming and relaxation by day and the tranquil sounds of the surf by night.

These rooms offer sweeping ocean views with private or common decks, or side ocean views and decks.
For your additional convenience, these also have their own refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.
Of course they have individually controlled heat, air conditioning (not that we need it here on the ocean in Maine), wireless high speed Internet, HBO, and deck chairs.
These rooms offer sweeping ocean views with private or common decks, or side ocean views and decks.

Each 2 room kitchenette has a bedroom with either a king or queen bed (depending on availability) and the living area offers a futon that opens up into a full sized mattress.
Although you will not have an ocean view from a kitchenette, you are only steps away from our beautiful beach.

Just bring your clothing and sundries and leave the rest to us.
