The Blue Star Motel is a boutique motel in the Saugatuck - Douglas area. Modern furnishings with minimalist design creates a welcoming, casual, and above all else, comfortable stay. Our patio rooms open up to a covered porch with patio chairs that overlook our sun deck, hot tub and fire pits. We are not a flashy motel. We do aim to elevate the motel experience with a friendly staff, exceptionally clean rooms, and modern amenities at a reasonable price.

Our rooms can not sleep three adults.
And please understand that our rooms are not massive, and we do not have a way to accommodate rollaways.
No one likes to cancel their plans but we know sometime it has to happen.
We try to have a policy that is flexible with our guests but understanding that cancelations may prevent other guests from canceling.
Room canceled less than 7 days before their reservation are subject to a cancelation fee equal to the first nights stay.
