It was the right combination of timing, talent, and entrepreneurial spirit that brought David Patel and David Kozar together to form a burgeoning hospitality development and management company. The team of Patel/Kozar started Indus Hotels in 1997; however, their industry expertise and mutual interests in hotel development put them together long before they became partners.
Prior to creating Indus Hotels, David Kozar and David Patel collaborated on a variety of hotel development projects. Today, Indus Hotels owns and operates multiple hotels and provides third-party hotel management services to institutional partners.
