An advance deposit of 50% of your entire stay or 100% for a one night stay, is required by credit card before reservations are confirmed.
Upon cancellation outside of 14 days, your deposit will be refunded less $50.00 per room cancellation charge or 100% of the deposit can be applied toward a future reservation.
Cancellation under 14 days, you will be responsible for the payment of the entire reservation.
If we are able to re-rent any of the reserved days booked, we will create a gift certificate in the amount that can be used towards a future stay.
