The Jailhouse is a casino and motel with 60 rooms located in Ely, NV near the historic U.S. Route 50, "The Loneliest Highway". The Jailhouse is also home to the Cellblock Steak House, Ely's only fine dining restaurant. Blow off some steam in our casino where you will find the latest slot machines, video poker, and lots of other great games. Or relax and have a drink at the bar.
The Jailhouse has King, Queen, and double Queen rooms as well as Pet Friendly, Smoking, and Non Smoking rooms. Wonderful place worthy of a return visit! My mom and I recently took a trip up to Idaho to see family and friends. Drove into Ely, Nevada late at night. Found a room at the Jailhouse after another hotel couldn't help us with one. The staff was friendly and the room was very nice and clean and it was affordable.
Our way home found us once again in Ely and we didn't hesitate to make our way back to the Jailhouse. While brief, we enjoyed our time there. We were able to rest and relax before going on our way.
