We work with any group with a need for 10 or more hotel rooms per night, and it takes approximately 1-3 days to get from your first call to us, to placing a detailed availability and pricing report in your hands.

In most cases, you will pay the hotel directly.
In fact, once a hotel has been selected and a contract signed, you will correspond and plan directly with the hotel.
