Before running The Beach House, Danny cooked in the kitchens of three-star restaurants in New York City and New Jersey.
He is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), named top cooking school by the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP).
Hospitality is actually Danny's second successful career.
