See thousands of acres of orchards, explore art galleries, devour cherry pie, sip on local wines and brews, splash in the lake, paddle along the bluffs, stroll through five state parks or tour 11 historic lighthouses.
Services
Gary and Debbie Krause were both born and raised in Door County, Wisconsin.
Their families, the Krauses and Reinhards, each date back three generations of Door County businesses in both Fish Creek and Ephraim.
Debbie's parents, Bill and Nedra Reinhard built Main Street Motel in 1981.
Nedra loved being an innkeeper and visiting with her guests.
Today, she reminisces about everything that's changed since the motel first opened.
Nedra used to take all reservations by hand on a big paper chart and would tell customers their confirmation number was "Nedra"!
Enjoy our beautiful courtyard area where you can grab a lounge chair to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee to start your day, or enjoy a glass of wine to end your day.
We are in the heart of downtown Fish Creek and close to Peninsula State Park.
We are walking distance to all the best things Fish Creek has to offer, including wonderful shopping, amazing restaurants and Sunset Park where you can watch spectacular sunsets at the end of the day!
We offer our guests all the benefits of being downtown, but also in an area where you can come home and enjoy a little peace and quiet after a day of exploring beautiful Door County.

Unique shopping and breathtaking surroundings form the makings of Door County's best shopping and dining experience.
Fish Creek offers nearly everything a traveler could want: silent sports adventure, great shopping, scenic boat tours, beach relaxation, world-class entertainment, fine dining and casual eats.
Door County's culinary influences date back to the 1800s when Icelandic, Scandinavian and European settlers began immigrating here, but the region's position as a Midwestern culinary powerhouse is a development of the last few decades.
