The husband and wife team began their Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg hotel career in 1971 by purchasing the Riverside Hotel in Gatlinburg, and eventually added the Riverside Tower Hotel in Pigeon Forge when it was newly constructed in 1995. Over the years their many hotels in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have hosted tens of thousands of satisfied families.

Equally crucial in getting our guests to return year after year is our consistency in quality trained staff. We train them how to serve our guests not only efficiently, but to meet and exceed their expectations! We do not want folks to stay with us just one or two times, our goal is to create lifelong relationships with our guests!
