As the Mariner Motel begins it's 32nd season we would like to extend our warmest welcome to friends both old and new.

Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy and are per room, per night plus 9.7% MA State Tax.
Under 21 Policy: No person or persons under the age of 21 will be allowed to stay or make a reservation at our motel unless accompanied by an adult for the duration of their stay.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 1 night's room and tax.
