Staying for the week at the Lighthouse Inn.
Close walk to the beach. Room seems new - good TV, nice bed and love seat, fridge, microwave. Continental breakfast fully adequate - raisin bran, oat cereal, bananas, waffles, toast, orange and apple juice, coffee and tea. Staff and house keeping doing a solid job. Wifi works great in room. Heater/AC unit works very good. The Inn has two stories and no elevators - not a problem for my wife and I. Might be back next year to enjoy the South Padre Island!
Kim was a great asset to the hotel. Very pleasant and friendly. When we did not have clothes hangers she went out after her shift to buy us 4 wooden hangers. Could not have meet a more hospitable clerk in my travels.
