For stays of 4 or fewer nights, we require 7 days advance notice for a refund of the deposit minus a $10.00 cancellation policy.
If a cancellation is made with less than 7 days advance notice, no refund will be made as the deposit amount is forfeited.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
If your stay is 5 nights or more, we require 30 days advance notice for a refund of the deposit minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.
If the cancellation is made with less than 30 days the deposit is forfeited.
For the 2020 HOF weekend, there is a 3-night minimum requirement.
If a cancellation is made with less than 7 days advance notice, no refund will be made as the deposit amount is forfeited.
