Ne'r Beach Motel is centrally located on U.S. Route One, 1.5 miles north of Ogunquit and 5 miles south of Kennebunkport. Our location is convenient and offers easy access to all area attractions, including Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way, and the Ogunquit Playhouse. During summer months, we are a Trolley Stop for service to beaches, shops, restaurants, and the Amtrak service from Boston to Portland.

The motel offers a variety of accommodations, ranging from standard motel rooms to one room suites to an on the property two bedroom apartment.
Most all of our rooms have been newly renovated.
All rooms situated on the property are in a horseshoe shape overlooking the outdoor heated pool, and picnic area.
All of our rooms have complimentary coffee, microwaves, refrigerators and coffee makers.
The one room suites have full kitchens and much more to offer.
All of our clean comfortable rooms have private baths, am/fm clock radios, heat and air conditioning, and cable color TV.
