All units have screened in balconys overlooking the Florida Bay.
Tropically located directly on a beautiful stretch of Florida Bay, we offer a quaint sandy beach, heated pool and newly renovated guest rooms.

The Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden is to showcase local artists', community members' and local students' unique versions of the fall season's 'Scarecrows in the Tropical Forest.' Made from natural and recycled materials, the exhibit, open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, will be a lesson in recycling, art talent and a contest with cash prizes for the entries.
The Garden is located at 5210 College Road.

The Lodging Association's Annual Trade Show & Hospitality Expo is held annually in August and attendance is free.
Lunch will be available for $25.00 per person from 11:30 am-1:00 pm and a cocktail mixer sponsored by Marriott Beachside will be held in the foyer / terrace from 4:30 pm-6:30 pm for $10.00 per person.
