Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, our unique property sits in the heart of downtown Philipsburg. Built in the 1890's for J.K. Merrill and Sons as a dry good store, over the years the building has housed a variety of businesses, including a hotel and a J.C. Penney Store.
In 2003 the upper floor was completely renovated and opened as The Broadway Hotel. Now under new management, our team is dedicated to providing quality service during your stay. Each of our nine rooms and suites offers comfort, convenience and select renovated decor, while still embracing touches and stories of those who came before us.
