In the morning, guests come down to a beautiful sight: a buffet table is loaded with muffins, pastries, fresh fruit, cereal, juices and varieties of Waterbury's very own Green Mountain Coffee.
Then come individually prepared selections cooked to order from the kitchen: Eggs Benedict, Belgian waffles, a variety of pancakes and omelets, cob smoked bacon, sausage, Huevos Rancheros (a favorite of the locals) to name a few.
