Duplex Cottage #10 and #11 - two separate side-by-side units with optional interior connecting door. Unit #10 has two double beds and sleeps 4. Unit #11 has one king bed and sleeps 2. Both units have a private full bathroom and a full kitchen, and there is an interior connecting door for optional use.
One Bedroom Cottage #12 - two double beds, double sleep sofa in living room, full bath and full kitchen.

We are located on US Route 1, just 3 miles north of downtown Belfast and 3 miles south of Searsport.
The Seascape is across the street from Penobscot Bay and there is a public right of way to the water.
We have some water views.
We have a brand new, heated swimming pool and spa.
There is a state of the art heating and filtration system for sparkling clean water, heated to a comfortable temperature.
It boasts a 20' wide shallow end for wading.
There is a built in ledge for sitting.
The 39' long lap area is long enough for the serious swimmer.
