Located less than 12 miles from downtown Charlotte, NC sits Matthews Manor Charlotte Bed and Breakfast, a 7,000 square foot home in the quiet suburb of Matthews. The home was built in 1973 on 52 acres of country land. Eventually, a residential neighborhood was built on the surrounding 51 acres as the town of Matthews grew. On your arrival, we will be happy to serve you complimentary soft drinks, coffee or tea in the dining room.
During the spring and summer season, lemonade is also available on the back porch. There are also assorted soft drinks available in the upstairs kitchen. Trendy Suite with a Kingsize Bed, Direct TV, WI-FI, a private bath with a Jacuzzi and a Sofa. Whether you enjoy reading and just looking for a scenic place to lounge or want to play pool on our custom pool table.

Cancellations must be one week prior to check in date or you will be charged for the total reservation.
For the very few that must preview Matthews Manor before booking and the web site does not get it for them, we must charge a fee of $10 per person to accommodate their needs.

A total of 4 Bedrooms, 3 bedrooms have a queen size beds & window seats, the Vizcaya Suite has a King Size Bed, Jacuzzi Whirpool Bath, Direct TV and Love Seat.
The rate for the 4 rooms is $675 per night plus taxes.
Their is a guest kitchen on the second floor and a large guest living room with a sofa bed & Direct TV.Rate is based on up to 8 adults, any additional adults we be charged $25 per person plus tax per night.
Reserve the Warwick & La Tara rooms with queen size beds, Jack & Jill adjoining bath, cable tv, wifi.
