Tucked away on a quiet street right in the heart of the beautiful historic district of Hermann, Missouri, The Vinchester Inn, or "The Vin" as some of our friends call it, is a newly renovated 11-room boutique hotel. Designed for the adventurous Hermann visitor, we want the Vinchester to feel like your home away from home. Rooms are simple, clean and comfortable, with details like historic Hermann photography, a corkscrew and Vinchester glassware, perfect for toasting to a fun weekend in wine country.
With well-appointed rooms, an amazing location and on-site event space, we're proud to be one of Hermann's most reasonable and comfortable places to stay. We are a five-minute walk from the Amtrak train station, 2 miles from the Katy McKittrick trailhead and within close walking distance to Hermann's many restaurants, bars, shops, distilleries, and more.
Our dad, Rick Hessler, will always be the heart and soul of our little inn. As the innkeeper prior to us, he loved meeting and talking to new people, patronizing Hermann's many watering holes and donning his lederhosen during Oktoberfest.

We want the Vinchester to feel like you're staying with your most fun friend.
The one who makes you belly laugh, whose presence puts you at ease, and who loves nothing more than a cold beer paired with good music.
Our downstairs (street level from 3rd St) event space, The North Star, was designed with exactly that friend in mind- a relaxed, festive, Hermann-inspired space for people to have fun, tell stories and make happy memories.
No boring times allowed.
The 1,600 sq ft space has an understated German bier hall vibe that stays true to the hotel's overall aesthetic.
