Resort Inventory Group
It's really so simple, we've made it our tag line. Resort Inventory Group takes unoccupied rooms and turns that inventory into cash flow. Whether Pre-Buy, Allotment or Targeted Distribution, we do it without up-front marketing costs, by contracting for the sales of room inventory through established membership- based partner companies for inventory distribution, providing "Opaque" distribution channels without conflicting with rate parity from other marketing sources.

Most reservations are for 7 night stays, providing a higher Net Yield per unit, by maximizing the use of inventory. Whether you're a Hotel, Condo-Hotel, Destination Resort, Independent or Branded, Resort Inventory can bring added room revenues, which also generates additional F & B, spa, golf, and other "out-of-room" spend. Since 2007, we've generated 641,732 room nights for our 163 current clients hotels and resorts.

Let's see what we can do for you.
Services
Founded in 2007, Resort Inventory Group, is headquartered in Brevard, North Carolina, with offices in Phoenix and Atlanta.
A marketing company bringing together hotels and resorts with membership based travel companies and vacation clubs.
One resort property received over $1.41 Million in added room revenue on vacant rooms in 2016.
Overall, block purchase contracts will generate $4.95 Million in added room revenues in 2016.
Client resorts will bring in an additional $2.32 Million of income from out-of-room spend.
When unoccupied rooms go vacant, it drags down RevPar.
When resorts book long-stay rooms, well in advance, thereby reducing the quantity of rooms to sell, it increases RevPar and provides cash flow on underperforming inventory.
It "builds the base" upon which other marketing programs can depend.
Today Yield Management techniques have resulted in price wars that have depressed a hotel market's overall RevPar, not just the participating hotel.
What can the last 10-20% of occupancy due to EBITDA, with a flow-through rate to bottom line of 60-70%, due for a hotel's profitability?
I didn't think when we first signed up with your company in June of 2013 to do weekly wholesale bookings, that the business you were going to generate, would be so much so soon.
For 2013 and into the pipeline for 2014, your contracting should produce from 10,600 to 12,350 room nights for our resort.
As a new condo-hotel, where we are just building our retail rental programs, your wholesaling business is helping us get off the ground.
We especially like the "guaranteed" lease deals in addition to the larger travel companies operating under an "allotment" arrangement.
