Thomas and Bridget Donnelly left Ireland in 1848 to settle in the US; they completed Cloghaun (pronounced CLAH HANN) in 1884. Cloghaun has been preserved by their descendants to offer guests a tranquil, romantic interlude from the demands of everyday life.
