Compass was retained by Alfa Development to transform the Hotel Grand Union. This landmark 1905 building in New York's NoMad district was completely renovated and modernized while preserving its' original architectural features. Compass partnered with the Lane Organization and AWH partners to acquire the former Bridge Hotel in Boca Raton, Florida.
Compass managed the re-development of all areas including an expanded site plan with marina addition, renovated guest rooms, kitchens, and new F&B outlets. Awarded Development of the Year by Hilton Hotels, The Waterstone was transformed into a 4-star luxury property. Compass provided Project Management Services for Xenia Hotels and Resorts, manging the renovation of all 688 Guestrooms, Suites, and corridors.
