The Hotel Evernia was built in 1925, during the Real Estate boom of that era. Originally called the Hotel Enoree, it is three stories in height with forty rooms, and has survived Depressions, World wars, and Hurricanes. In 1979, Gene Sheppard restored the building, and renamed it the Hotel Evernia. To this day it remains a family-run business, and a beautiful reminder of our City's History.

All of our rooms have a Refrigerator, Microwave, and Flat Screen TV's with Free HBO. We also offer Free WiFi which is available in all rooms and our Lobby. We offer basic toiletry items, clean linens and towels twice a week, and a full service coin laundry in our basement. Whether this is your first visit, or you have been a guest many times, we want your experience to be excellent.

Our staff is always available to help with any questions or concerns you may have. We are within walking distance to Brightline, City Place, and Clematis Street. These are our least expensive rooms they have a vanity and sink in the room, but share a hall bathroom.
