You are responsible for the number of nights reserved.
PAYMENT: Balance is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival date in order to receive refund of deposit.
After 14 days prior, total deposit forfeited.
Deposits (1st night stay) will be forfeited unless notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date.
This includes credit card deposit.
