All the Cottages have full efficiency kitchens and because of this, you have peace of mind as no one will disturb you. You can get up at any time and not have to rush to do anything.
Your time is yours to make what you want of it. In 2017, we renamed it to Oceana Cottages and we have made extensive renovations. Guests have described us by many different titles: Oceanfront, sea or ocean view cottages, cabins, resort, and family hotel. Some of our guests call our cottages cabins. We have Free Guest Parking, there is a shuttle that stops near the office, and much more!
We have free high-speed wi-fi for our writers or those that want to stream movies. We are a family friendly property. I invite you all to come to experience our new accommodations. The pictures on this site show you what the cottages in each category look like on average, but not all of them in each category are the same as they were built in the 1950s and there are differences in the configuration in some of them.

If cancelled with more than 60 days, 25% of the total of your stay will be charged and is non-refundable.
If cancelled between 59 days to 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total of your stay will be charged and is non-refundable.
If cancelled 30 days before check-in date, or in the event of a no show or reduction of stay after arriving, you are responsible for the entire stay and it is non-refundable.
Under any "special conditions" that are out of our control, like an act of God, or a state mandate, this part of the cancellation policy will supersede all other cancellation policies.
