Smoking is allowed on individual room balconies (some rooms have balconies) or outside your room (chairs and ashtrays are provided). Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms under any circumstances. You can also smoke outdoors on the premises as long as it does not inconvenience other guests. We have 4 pet firendly rooms. So, yes, we are pet friendly but have limited pet friendly rooms.

However, cancelations not made within this 10 day grace period will forfeit any deposit amounts plus the cancelation fee.
Hurricane Policy: We are sorry, however, we can not be held responsible for the weather.
There are no refunds extended due to inclement weather, including Hurricanes.
If a MANDATORY evacuation is established by the Dare County Commissioners for our property, a credit will be issued for MANDATORY evacuation days only.
However, cancelations not made within this 10 day grace period will forfeit any deposit amounts plus the cancelation fee.
