The Tugboat Inn & Restaurant are both still open, and we hope that a trip to the mid coast and Boothbay Harbor might be in your plans. On the waterfront in the heart of scenic Boothbay Harbor, the Tugboat Inn offers 64 rooms and suites facing (some over) the water, a full service restaurant, the Marina Lounge & Cafe with weekend/seasonal entertainment, and a sheltered marina with seasonal and transient slips and moorings. Long a fixture of the working harbor, the Tugboat Inn and its 5 buildings boast a colorful past as home to all sorts of businesses and local landmarks.

The Red Building was once the location of an army/navy surplus store, a ships' chandlery and the Beauty Box Hair Salon. The three-story Main Inn is the former site of the Clipper Inn and the Boothbay Boatel.

At the red stop sign, Rt 27 turns to the left or right.
Go STRAIGHT down towards the waterfront onto Commercial Street and follow for approx 3 blocks, we're on the left.
Sail downwind, Nor' by Nor'east to the outer entrance of Boothbay Harbor.
From the flashing red buoy at Tumbler Island, head toward the flashing green bouy, leave it to port and the Marina will be to your portside.
We monitor channels 9 and 16.

The Tugboat Inn offers 64 non-smoking rooms and suites located in 5 different buildings.
All accommodations are tastefully decorated and feature king or queen size beds, private bath with personal amenities, individual climate control, remote controlled cable television, in-room brewed coffee with Keurig coffeemakers, touch tone telephone with voice mail and free local phone calls.
All rooms also have an iron and ironing board, 42 flat screen television and small refrigerator.
Microwave in some rooms.
We are open for inside dining and take out.
For the Tugboat Restaurant call 207-633-4434, option 5. Our main dining room is serving lunch and dinner 6 days a week, closed on Wednesdays.
Our Marina Lounge is closed for a short break, and then will re-open for a few dates during Gardens Aglow.
The Roof Top Deck is closed for the season.
With a sweeping panoramic view of the working harbor, our waterfront restaurant is a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike.
We offer up an enticing selection of appetizers, soups, salads, entrees and desserts, plus a comprehensive wine list, assorted beers and full bar service.
For over 30 years, we have welcomed all types of groups at the Tugboat Inn - weddings, family reunions, business meetings, motorcoach tours and more.
The Marina Lounge & Cafe provides private meeting/banquet space for groups up to 40.
In the off-season the dining room can accommodate up to 80-100 depending on your room arrangements.
Continental breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, full or light lunch, dinner, lobster bakes and receptions are all available.
