If you are blocking 2 or more rooms you need to cancel 1-week prior to arrival.
Large groups/schools need a 30-Day cancellation due to amounts of rooms being blocked from potential guests.
If you book more than 1 night and decide to leave early, we give no refunds, no exceptions.
