Over the years The Hinson House evolved into a Boutique Mall featuring both a Hair Styling Salon and a Ceramic shop. In 1996 renovations started which transformed the house into a Bed & Breakfast. Renovations to The Hinson House include make overs in all suites, with additions of antique's and other fine furnishings. The house served as a Hinson Family residence for two generations, then it was occupied by a second family for about 10 years.

Located in Marianna, the house was completely renovated in 1996 and is now serving as the premier Bed & Breakfast in this area of Florida. Olivia & Keith Baird are the proud new owners of The Hinson House as of 2020. Both Keith and Olivia retired from the U.S. Air Force and both went on to second careers.
Staying in Bed and Breakfasts around the world, they knew a great opportunity when it presented itself in 2020, and are now fully engaged in their third career, working to provide a great experience for all of their guests!
