All ten of our boutique rooms offer visitors a unique and distinctive hotel experience. From vaulted ceilings to exposed brick, our hotel rooms beautifully blend modern decor with the industrial design of the original building, which dates back to the 1800's. Within eyesight of the Paducah Riverfront and adjacent to the historic Market House Theatre and the preeminent Luther F. Carson Four Rivers Performing Arts Center, guests of the hotel find themselves literally at the heartbeat of Paducah.
With no less than 10 fantastic local restaurants within walking distance, guests have unlimited options from which to choose. Downtown is also the proud new home of a several distilleries and local craft beer breweries. Many of these venues, including The 1857, feature weekly live entertainment and, as a result, downtown is truly bustling and very lively on weekends!

Each of these guest rooms features a queen bed, sitting area and large walk in showers.
Although of similar size, each queen suite has truly unique features that set it apart and invite our guests to experience a different room with each stay.
