We look forward to welcoming you to The Little House Bed and Breakfast. Whether you are enjoying the comforts of your very own country cottage, swimming in the pool or winding your way on foot or skis through the trails on our wooded and hilly forty acres, we hope that you will enjoy your stay. Newly renovated, The Little House is nestled in the countryside of Osceola County, just a few miles north of Reed City.
Located at the crossroads of US-131 and US-10, Reed City offers its own attractions and is the perfect launching point for visits to Cadillac, Big Rapids and Baldwin-all just 20 miles away. Evart is just 10 miles away, and the sugar sand beaches and amazing Lake Michigan sunsets of Ludington are just an hour away. Two beautiful Rail Trails are located in Reed City.
The Pere Marquette trail runs east to west and the White Pine Trail, which runs north to south, is just more than a mile from The Little House. Please visit our local interest links for more information on local attractions and festivals.

Services
We believe that The Little House was constructed as a mother-in-law house by the original owners of our property.
The barn seems to be the first structure erected on the property in 1898.
The main farmhouse followed the barn, and The Little House came sometime thereafter.
We took ownership of the property in 1987 and completely renovated The Little House for your enjoyment in 2009.
During renovation we discovered a newspaper dated 1919 in The Little House.
