When you are checking in within the next 30 days of the booking date, then a valid credit card will be required to guarantee 2 nights room rental.
When the check in date is further then 30 days from the date of booking, then a check or money order must be mailed for the equivalent of the first two nights rent to confirm the room.
Deposit is refundable if we are notified at least 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, subject to 25% service charge.
