One of the most famous weather beacons in the United States was lit atop the Berkeley Building (commonly known as the Old John Hancock Building) in downtown Boston in 1950.
In addition, when a snow emergency is announced by the City of Concord, the lighting will display a caution tape lighting scheme.

Our 790-square-foot Concord Room has a capacity of 80* people for a cocktail reception or up to 30* for a seated event and can be configured for a variety of gatherings, such as board meetings, small group workshops and more.
