Ours takes place in Vincennes, Indiana on the property of an old show horse stable.
Robert E. Dora, being the visionary he was, saw past the surface and transformed the old building into the Covered Wagon Lodge, Dora Hospitality's first property.
Just six years later, he opened the first Holiday Inn in Terre Haute, Indiana.
And from there, we just kept growing.
The Dora family has developed, opened, and managed more than 50 properties in the last 40 years.
