Bunk House Inn

Like the spokes in a wheel, many roads lead to and from our community of Isabel, South Dakota. Located near many large hubs, as well as small rural towns, our location allows us to serve hunters wanting to get away from the crowd, tradespeople who want to be locally situated and travelers who want to rest along their way. We bought Bunkhouse Inn in 2004 with one goal in mind - to provide clean, comfortable rooms at an affordable price.

We completely renovated the main building, replaced plain beds and chairs with hand-crafted furniture and added additional cabins with a nearby bath building. With the road warrior in mind, we installed satellite TV, microwaves and refrigerators in every room. In addition to the traveler, we also kept in mind our local draw of hunting, which brings thousands of hunters to the area.

To best serve them, we installed kennels for their dogs, as well as a cleanout area to dress wild game. We have several rooms to choose from, as well as two cabins situated behind the main building which share a bathhouse, picnic table and grill.
