In 2011 I purchased the Inca Inn in Moab Utah.
In just 2 years the Inca Inn became the most reviewed and highest ranked motel in Moab on Tripadvisor, the worlds largest travel review site.
With the crazy success of the Inca Inn I brought the same mojo to The Bailey Lodge in Bailey, CO and then to the Adventure Inn in Durango.
Both motels, run and owned by my older and youngest brothers as partners, have reached equal acclaim as the Inca Inn.
Now in 2017 I am partnering with Jackie and John Robinson (the prior management team at the Inca Inn) to bring you my newest concept motel: The Blue Door Inn "Step Beyond Ordinary" lodging near Rocky Mountain National Park.

Electrostatic sprayers put a charge on the particles emitted by the spray nozzle.
Once charged these particles are statically attracted to the surface of anything in proximity of the spray.
