The house was fully renovated in 2011 from a dilapidated condition to its now professionally designed rustic elegance.
It includes three bedrooms with private baths, a sitting area known as the Teddy Roosevelt Room, and a dining room.
The kitchen and laundry are private areas for the owners.
A new large covered front porch provides shelter from the summer sun and spectacular views of snow-capped Comanche Peak.
