The charming house is a standard two-story duplex design with a finished basement built in Anchorage by the Federal government between 1945 and 1950.
Its saddleback roof and twelve pane, sash windows give this home it's Colonial Revival appearance.
Previous owners opened the duplex into a comfortable single family home which lends itself well to a vintage style bed and breakfast inn.
Unique art including contemporary Yupik masks and a stenciled Tlingit floorboard enhance the home.
The middle floor of the home invites guests to gather and converse about Alaskan experiences.
