The Blue Heron Heron Farm and Retreat is a beautiful 13 acre farm and bed and breakfast nestled on the Nezinscot River in Turner, Maine. Our historic brick home was built in 1790 by Samuel Irish - the oldest brick home in town. We invite you to stay with us to enjoy the history, the scenery, and all that our farm has to offer. We at Blue Heron Farm are following all state of Maine guidelines and we are dedicated to keeping our customers and our own family safe and well.
We will be serving breakfast to each guest right to their table - there will be no buffet to minimize contact between guests. There are no guests allowed in the kitchen area. We are happy to store your beverages for you and we will retrieve them for you as often as you like. We cannot store any food in the refrigerator and there are no cooking facilities on site (we are not a campground!).
Most restaurants in the area are open again with limited seating due to state requirements. Built in the early 1800's, our barn is fully restored and invites you to come and relax and enjoy.

Canoe or kayak the lazy Nezinscot River for an hour, or take the full day, and we will pack you a picnic lunch to enjoy on your adventure.
