Your credit card will be charged a prepayment equal to the 1st night rent plus 6% tax when you place the reservation.
The remainder amount of the reservation will be charged to your card on check in day.
Cancelling 3 days or less prior to arrival you FORFEIT the 1st night rent plus tax prepayment.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cancelling 4 or more days prior to arrival and you will be refunded your deposit in full.
Occupancy: All rates are based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY.
