In order to be fair to other prospective guests of the Lodge and to avoid unnecessary charges, please cancel your reservation by 3 PM one day prior to your arrival.
Regrettably, we must assess a one-night charge per room for cancellations that are made after 3 PM one day prior to arrival.
When you have a confirmed reservation and fail to arrive on the date indicated, and you neglect to cancel according to the time frame indicated above, you will be charged for one nights stay.
In order to be fair to other prospective guests of the Lodge and to avoid unnecessary charges, please cancel your reservation by 3 PM one day prior to your arrival.
