They're completely reasonable people.
If you don't like something in your room, they're more than willing to help accommodate to your needs the best they can.
They also have pretty cheap rates.
Arrived at 1am, we had no reservations and the office was closed by the sign on the door gave us an after hours number.
The gentleman who answered was extremely nice even after being woke up.
He was more than accommodating opening up the office and getting us into a room.
