Stone Wall Acres is a bed and breakfast that comes with a whole lot of history. The estate is set in the picturesque Catskills mountains and offers a fully restored 1840's era Carriage House as well as a poolside master bedroom and en suite. The property is well maintained with many interesting details you won't find in your average lake house or resort.

It is an ideal get-away as well as a step back in time with all the modern conveniences of present day. You will also get a taste of the town with farm fresh eggs, seasonal fruit, and hand-ground coffee.
Services
A picture given to us by the great grandson of the original owner, Tom Brown, dates this house back to the early 1800's.
Architecturally the house looks amazingly similar although it has gone through several transformations since then.
We bought the property in 1985.
We were atracted by its location, architecture, and our belief that the house could and should be restored to its original condition.
We moved into the house in June of 1991 with most of the renovation completed, and we opened the bed and breakfast in the summer of 2001.
Stone Wall Acres is located in serene Youngsville, New York - 100 miles northwest of New York City.
