My husband, Ralph, and I relocated from Vermont to Virginia in 2007 to beautiful Hanover, Virginia where we purchased our home convenient to everything yet in a peaceful country setting which we named Shady Acres and in 2011 opened Shady Acres Bed and Breakfast.
Our pets include our dog "Walker" and 72 free range chickens.
We enjoy sitting on the front porch and around the outdoor fireplace in the evening with our guests, friends and neighbors and quiet strolls.
