Kyle and Laura, fell in love with this historic Farmhouse in Tellico Plains, decided to buy it and open a bed and breakfast called the Farmhouse Inn. We live at the Inn, along with our dogs Ellie and Sydney and cat Roger. The Farmhouse Inn is an authentic 1908 Farmhouse in historical downtown Tellico Plains and was previously owned by the Hunt family; a prominent family in the history of Tellico Plains.
We offer 3 rooms, all with charming original details but fully modernized and each with attached, full private bath. The house includes original floors, 3 fireplaces, and other details but has been recently updated to include all the modern conveniences. This is our home, we want you to feel like you are at home. Whether this is your first visit, or you have been a guest many times, if you need anything, just ask, and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

1 night stay is $109 for 1 guest, $129 for 2 guests, $149 for 3 guests and $169 for 4 guests.
All of our rooms have a seating area for additional comfort, to allow guests to relax in the comfort of their room.
We do have our shared guest spaces open to our guests; it is up to you as an individual to social distance yourself, if that is your choice.
We are a mask free home, if you have recently been sick, or are uncomfortable not wearing a mask, we ask you to make other arrangements.
Please let us know if you have a room preference.

We include a full, fresh-made breakfast at 8:30 am, or other time, as agreed by all guests and the chef.
A deluxe continental breakfast is also available.
We use local farm eggs, jams, and produce from our garden, and the farmer's market when in season.
Please let us know about any dietary restrictions.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Hey, adventure vacationing brings with it a little risk, that's why we all love it.
If you need recovery or repairs, we can probably help.
With two all-wheel drive Subarus and a drive-on trailer, we can pick you up from just about anywhere, if need be.

Kyle has put together the Tellico Adventure Trail and quite a few Farmhouse Inn Loops, all centered around Tellico Plains.
The TAT is 700 miles and four days of mostly gravel road touring (with alternate routes for road closures due to weather).
The Farmhouse Inn Loops have paved road only rides (getting you into the country-side off the main highways), supermoto rides that mix in a few miles of nice gravel roads here and there, and ADV bike rides that are majority gravel forest roads.
Opened and dedicated in fall of 1996, this highway starts at 800 ft. in elevation, and climbs over mountains as high as 5390 ft at Santeetlah Overlook on the state border, with 21 miles of the Skyway in southeast Tennessee and 15 miles in North Carolina.

We have stayed at the Farmhouse Inn several times.
We love it.
Way better than any hotel.
Laura and Kyle are wonderful hosts that are very welcoming.
Beds are comfy, rooms are immaculate, food is excellent.
Laura serves a different breakfast everyday and each one has been delicious.
We love walking into the inn and being greeted by Ellie, Sydney and Roger.
It feels like home and I would highly recommend staying at the inn when visiting Tellico Plains.
One of my favorite lodging experiences of all time.
