Services
Minimum rental age requirements for the responsible party is twenty-five (25) years of age.
The responsible party must be present at the time of check-in and present in the unit throughout the duration of the stay.
Must provide proper proof of age by way of a valid Driver's License or valid Passport and a valid credit card in their name.
Must have signed Glad to Have You Contract on file in order to retain reservation.
There is a 3 night minimum stay.
Rates are listed per night.
Please add a onetime departure cleaning charge of $88.00 +tax (1 bedroom), $105.00 +tax (2 bedroom) OR $138.00 +tax (3 bedroom) to the above rates and a onetime 5.00 +tax Resort fee per reservation.
