Bill is from Memphis, Tennessee. As a graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville in communications, he had worked mostly as a videographer for local television news. At one point, Bill started a photography/videography studio in a little town called Haslemere, Surrey.

Turn left at the Third Ellijay stop light (Hardees is on the left hand corner) and continue straight approximately 100ft until the road dead ends at a stop light.
Turn left at the light onto Highway 52 West and follow the 52 West signs through the Ellijay town square.
Continue on Highway 52 W for approximately 15 miles.
When you see the sign for Global Youth Ministries, continue on Hwy 52 for another mile; you will see the Scenic Overlook on the right, and The Overlook Inn will be on the left hand side of the road.
