Based on peakery data, it ranks as the 2485th highest mountain in Washington and the 47155th highest mountain in the United States.
Loon Lake (17 mi via US 395 S, 18 mins to drive; or 22.8mi via WA 231 S, 29 minutes to drive).
The previous state record lake trout (30 lbs., 4 oz.) came out of here back in the 1960s.
Loon is also known for its kokanee, which are now found in good numbers in the 11- to 13-inch range and have a generous catch limit.
